Checking every platform
Canvas is one place to look—not the only one. Assignments outside Canvas still need a place in your plan.
Finding that one date
Searching a syllabus PDF again shouldn’t be how you remember an exam or recurring class meeting.
Making homework fit
Work, commuting, and personal responsibilities take real time. Your study plan needs to make room for them.
01 / GATHER
Bring your information together.
Use a supported course workflow, upload a text-based syllabus PDF in the hub, or paste information manually.
02 / REVIEW
Review the important details.
Check courses, assignments, exams, dates, and recurring meetings. Correct anything unclear before accepting.
03 / PLAN
Plan around your actual week.
Add your commitments and stated availability. Make space for study, then adjust as coursework and life change.

Nothing lost between dates
○ Upcoming · Research outline
GEW 101B · Canvas · Tue, 11:59 PM
○ Future · Exam review
Example Biology · Syllabus PDF · Nov 3
○ Undated · Reading response
Example GEW 101B · Manual import · Add a date after checking
See assignments and exams together. Keep upcoming, future, and undated work distinct so missing dates don’t quietly disappear.
Mark items finished as you go. Your completion tracking stays separate from actual coursework submission.
Reviewable syllabus details
Extract text-based PDFs locally in the hub. Review and correct details before accepting. Scanned PDFs need outside OCR.
A calendar for your commitments
See class meetings in a calendar interface and plan study around the availability you provide.
Support beside your course
Use the Chrome sidebar for specific supported Canvas-based workflows. It is not universal school or WileyPLUS support.
Add class and work commitments in the hub, protect commute time, and fit a study session into the availability you actually have—not an imaginary empty day.
The extension supports specific course-page workflows. The hub is where you review local PDF or manual imports and organize your plan. They do not automatically synchronize yet.
This is an example day, not a schedule automatically pulled from your calendar. There is no automatic email, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar connection.

You review imports
Extraction can make mistakes. Check the source and accept only the details you have reviewed.
You correct dates
Edit an imported deadline and update your plan when the course changes. An import is not a live connection.
You mark work finished
UniFlow does not do homework, submit assignments, or guarantee grades. It helps you organize what’s next.
Hub workspaces are stored in that browser. Optional extension syllabus extraction can send extracted text to Anthropic when you trigger it; local hub PDF extraction is separate.
